*more and more people, irrespective of age, have easy access to drinks
*bars bring together a number of inebriated drivers. driving in inebriated condion causes fatal accidents, not only to the drinkers but to so many innocents.
*sight of a number of two wheelers in front of a bar in the evenings rings a FATAL BELL. let us try to stop this.
