On March 24, 2022 Tyre Sampson lost his life, Tyre was a straight A student in 8th grade, His dream was to play in NFL one day, his future was bright, Tyre stood 6'5 and weighed 342 pounds, Tyre was born on August 17, 2007.

14 years old and would give anything to help anyone his family said in many interviews, nickname was big tick, Tyre visited orlando on spring break with a few friends and his football coach. Around 11pm Tyre was excited to get on a ride with one of his friends(FREEFALL ORLANDO) on international drive.

As many of us that have watched the whole video, Many things have went wrong in the video. 1. In the state of florida seatbelts are not required. 2. No weight or height is required to be posted up. Now keep in mind this ride is 430 feet, speeds up to 75mph, restricted weight is 286. FAILURES OF THIS TRAGIC EVENT. 1) No harness check  was performed by the workers or management 2) Many people was asking for the left side to be double checked and no response. 3) no secondary seatbelts which could have saved Tyre life.

(Facts:) this was the workers fault for allowing him to be this ride for 1. For 2 this ride tilts forward and so many misleading information being said of what really happen on this day.

(What really happened) Tyre's harness was about 8 to 10 inches above his shoulders and half way down from his thighs. To properly secure a harness it has to be locked from the shoulders and the middle part of the harness to rest on your thighs. As the ride went up, Tyre knew something was wrong as he told his friend next to him in panic something isn't right, if I don't make it off this ride please tell my mom and dad I love them. As the ride gets to the top this ride tilts forward at 430 feet which one is a safety concern, in all statements from the part the harness was locked and secured or the ride would not operate. WRONG! As tyre and the ride came down in the video he panicked, but also the harness malfunctioned popped up and hit Tyre in the face, if you watched the video you will see and hear tyre did not scream yell or even try to catch his fall, tyre was already unconscious, the harness popped up because of it not being locked and because of the jerk from the breaks to slow the rife down which caused Tyre to free fall to his death. At 342 pounds and to slip out of a harness without a harness malfunction is a .01% chance. We all know if your 430 feet and a ride is tilted forward gravity is weight is shifted on top of the harness, if it was g force as they state, Tyre wouldnt of fell out of the harness as the ride went downwards from the force and speed the harness would have snapped completely and he would of fell with the harness. Tyre fell from a sitting poistion then landed face first, so yall inspectors are gonna sit here and say a 342 pound person just gonna slide under a secure harness as yall stat, like this doesn't take rocket scientist, this takes more common sense that this was a ride harness malfunction for 1 and a negligence also from the workers allowing this young man on on ride In the first place. Don't let the news or these florida inspectors lie we know florida only cares about money. It's reality in our own eyes doubling our rent and still not paying us to survive, money rules evil and this is why florida is continuing to fight to keep there little rides open, they will hide any evidence so people will not know what's really going on but we will fight and battle until our last breathe to get just for tyre Sampson we are not gonna continue to allow this to keep happening and these kids to operate heavy machinery and get away with manslaughter,  your job is to make sure everyone is safe I don't wanna hear nothing else, you had all these peoples lives in your hands and you fail to due a easy proper harness safety check and management as well not double checking everyone's safety. We demand answers. We demand justice, we demand actions being met, we demand florida pass a TYRE SAMPSON LAW FOR EVERY OTHER RIDE TO REQUIRE SEATBELTS AND SECONDARY SAFETY MEASURES AS WELL.WE ARE TIRED OF SEEING TRAGIC EVENTS HAPPEN THEN YALL TAKE ACTION ITS TO LATE FOR ALL THAT WE WANT IT DOWN, WE WANT TYRES FAMILY TO KNOW AND SEE WE LOVE THEM AND WE ARE OUT HERE EVERY SINGLE DAY TO FIGHT,PROTEST AND MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER GETS HURT ON THIS RIDE EVER AGIAN SO LETS TAKE IT DOWN I WILL FIGHT FOR EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU THAT SIGN AND HELP ME TO INSURE TYRE WILL GET JUSTICE AND US AS PEOPLE HELP NO ONE IN FLORIDA GET KILLED FOR NEGLIGENCE AGIAN.  THE WORKERS NEED TO BE CHARGED BECAUSE OF LACK OF DOING THE JOBS AND PEOPLE YELLING DID YOU CHECK THE LEFT SIDE AND THE OPERATOR IGNORED THE COMMAND!

Regardless a child's life was lost here and went viral across the world. We want this ride taken down and went want peace for the parents of Tyre Sampson! (Nekia dodd) mother (Yarnell Sampson) father. We are here to fight for justice and will always remember in honor and love of this 14 year old boy. Rest in peace in the lords name we pray to bring this ride down and never be able to operate of any kind ever agian.
