Both he and the person filming should be prosecuted, fined and their animals confiscated! If this were child abuse he would have been imprisoned.  A grovelling apology is not enough! As a personality he HAS a DUTY to set an example-as an ambassador for lions 

Make the RSPCA use the full force of the law against this animal abuser! The cats are allegedly loved and beloved pets  this is not how you treat another sentient being!
