Next year, celebrate November 3, 1836 and TAKE BACK CALIFORNIA. 

California was ILLEGALLY ceded by Mexico (who didn't own us) to the United States in 1950. "The republic was short-lived because soon after the Bear Flag was raised, the U.S. military began occupying California, which went on to join the union in 1850."  

California deserves better than a Supreme Court that IGNORES Constitutional law. (Tip of the iceberg and only one of several recent examples). 

Pledge to boycott the 4th and celebrate the THIRD, by signing this petition.  Wear black on the fourth, keep spending to a minimum, fly the American flag upside down or not at all.  (Fly the CA flag and Battle Jack instead).  Save spending and celebrating for the third.  Contact Governor Newsom and INSIST that November 3 be made CALIFORNIA'S NATIONAL HOLIDAY NEXT YEAR.
