With respect to Covid protocols, Taco Bell employees load the contents of the drive thru order into a bag and then puts a sticker on the bag to securely transfer the order to the customer. This causes issues in many ways when trying to verify the order is fulfilled correctly, and most of all does not allow the verification of sauce choices, both number of sauce packets but also and most importantly, type of sauce chosen. Time and time again the customer has to pull forward to rip open the bag, only to find the disappointment of an incorrect sauce request.
