Our area has literally one viable option for internet which is Suddenlink. Since Suddenlink & altice have merged we have had nothing but problems with our internet constantly booted off not working never at the speed we're paying for. usually running about half the speed I personally have the one gig unlimited. And there is literally no competition in our area for Suddenlink so they can do whatever they want. I have been with them for over 19 years and was recently told by the technician that came out that they told him that if he comes out again we will either be charged for the service call or we will be dropped from the service all together this is how they treat loyal customers of 19 plus yrs. So we've been doing research and found Tachus fiber internet also in Texas as is suddenlinks home office and they are giving suddenlink quite a run for their money so I want to start a petition to get tachus fiber internet to look into coming this direction and giving suddenlink a run for its money and giving us a viable option other than suddenlink. I don't believe that some part equipment and subpar service should be blamed on the customer and that the customer should have to pay for them to fix the company's problems for them.
