Stop Richie Sposato from opening a venue
This petition had 511 supporters
Richie Sposato has openly advocated that if a woman gets drunk on her own accord, then she deserves to be raped In order to learn a lesson. He extended this theory to his own daughter. He then openly admitted that he raped a 16 year old girl when he was 37. This man should not be allowed to own a venue where women who may have been drinking will be present. He certainly should not be allowed to operate a venue where any underage girls may be present. This extends past personal beliefs to the safety of the women in the Syracuse music scene. This man is dangerous in that he shows no remorse, instead he blames the victim of his crime. He holds strong to his belief that rape victims get what they deserve. Help make the Syracuse music scene a safe environment for your female friends, your sisters, your daughters, and your mothers. Don't let Richie operate a venue with a room full of his potential victims.
