Be Aware Bosch and Siemens Home Appliance Consumers. 

My mother, a recent widow and I requested for a refund of an incomplete service for Dishwasher from Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances.

Instead, the CEO started forcing us to buy a new dishwasher for 25% discount, in order to avail the refund (Curbing our right to choice as a consumer).

Having not accepted their offer, we were blocked by their customer service on the instructions of the management.

Furthermore, then the company curbed our rights to speak on social media and started threatening us via legal notices, threats of FIRs etc. The company was aware of our circumstances and yet continuously kept harassing us, the consumers of the brand. 

Now the company has filed a lawsuit suing me and my mother in the Delhi High Court for 2.1 crore with false and frivolous allegations, just because we complained about their service.

Either of us (my mother and me), having lost my father to cancer, have no one else except one another and this case and lawsuit is putting us into agony, pain and distress. 

If we lose this battle, every consumer has lost the battle because we are all consumers in one form or another. 

Please help us achieve righteousness on the matter as a consumer.
