Swiggy/Zomato have entered as delivery partners in Goa. They have been carrying their operations for last 2 years. It is observed by many hoteliers and restaurant partners that their commision structure is exorbitant and maintains no transparency and as such the hotels do not end up saving much 

During the pandemic many restaurants rely on these delivery partners. and succumb to their ever increasing commision structure

kindly lower your commision rates for a state like goa where there is no volume on orders
or get yourself moderated by govt authorities since you are a stakeholder in the FnB industry and avail benefits and exemptions and pass it to the restaurant partners
