The ChatsWorth Rate-Payers are sick & tired of this never-ending night-mare of having no water flowing from our taps most of the time & Swartland Municipality doing nothing to fix this problem. Keeping in mind we are rate-payers & pay for our water & sewerage as well. We demand that the Municipality allocate some funds & a workforce & set to task & fix this water-crises once & for all. Thank You.
