Why this petition is different and why it matters?

Possibly more than few hundreds of petition were submitted to save Kulbhushan Jadhav, however India did not get any positive response from Pakistan. Pakistan repeatedly denied consular access to the prisoner. With this petition, we Indian petition signers urge Minister of External Affairs (India) and Prime Minister (India) to call back Indian Embassies from Pak and kick out Pak embassies from India.

Kidnapping of Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav in Iran by Pakistan:

Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav (47) is an Indian national and ex-Indian Navy officer was kidnapped from Iran. Govt of India denies any current links with Mr. Jadhav by stating that he took premature retirement. In contrary, Govt of Pakistan has claimed that he was involved in subversive activities in Balochistan and subsequently Military Court in Pakistan ordered to face death penalty allegedly for espionage etc, surprisingly without consular access to Mr. Jadhav.

What India can do to save Kulbhushan Jadhav?

We request Hon'ble Mrs. Sushma Swaraj, Minister of External Affairs, India and Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi to send a strong message to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan by suspending all diplomatic relations and diplomatic functions with Pakistan in immediate effect. We petition signers request Mrs. Sushma Swaraj, Minister of External Affairs, and Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India that, India should resume the formal diplomatic relations and diplomatic functions with Pakistan only after granted consular access to Mr. Jadhav or upon Mr. Jadhav's safe arrival in India.

Violation of article 36(1)(c) of the Vienna Convention by Pakistan:

The government of Pakistan has violated article 36(1)(c) of the Vienna Convention which includes India and Pakistan as parties to the convention. According to article 36(1)(c) the sending state has right of consular access to its citizen confined by the receiving State so that proper legal representation can be provided to the prisoner. The Indian Authorities, despite of their more than 25 official communications to authorities in Pakistan, were repeatedly denied consular access.

Summary of family meeting between Mr. Jadhav and his Family: Pakistan's Drama of commitments https://twitter.com/ForeignOfficePk/status/945231711171960832

On December 25, 2017, Pakistan Foreign office tweeted the pictures of meeting between Mr. Jhadav and his mother and, wife. Sadly 40 min meeting was across a thick glass screen with intercom facility. Together with tweeted pictures Pak Ministry of Foreign Affairs commented: "We honour our commitments" https://twitter.com/ForeignOfficePk/status/945212487137480704 . This is cheap level of commitment or so called humanity shown by Pakistan to the members of Jadhav family. Why mother/wife and son were not allowed to hug each other? Why family was not allowed to interact without glass barriers? The Skype conversation would have exactly same or even a little bit better. On other side India continue to help Pakistan patients, official and citizens over years. Govt of Pakistan should also issue a statement what was the possible danger from his distressed mother and wife?
