Withdraw Proposed Changes for Indian Passport. Orange Passport is Discriminatory.

We have noticed the government's decision to introduce two changes in the Indian Passport.
For Non Resident Indians, their passport is the only document to show their address, father’s name, mother's name or spouse’s name.
Many countries are demanding all these information for issuing visit and resident visas.
The decision to do away with the last page of the passport which shows all these vital information will create a lot of inconveniences for NRIs.
So I strongly feel that the government should NOT implement the decision.
It is also not fair to segregate citizens based on their emigration status by issuing an Orange Passport. This decision is discriminatory and against human dignity.
This will create a biased view of the different classes of NRIs seeking better pastures outside the country.
We therefore request you to withdraw these proposals altogether.
