NIKHIL AHUJA started this petition to Sushma Swaraj (Minister of External Affairs) and

Ma'am/Sir,

I am an Indian residing in Brisbane, Australia. I am one among millions of Indians who live all around the globe but are still Indian citizens. I, on behalf of those million people, want to make a plea.

We want to vote in the 2019 elections. I am sure you understand the importance of every vote in a democracy. As of now there is no such provision available to Non Residents.

You are the one who can put this in affect, there could be proxy voting? Online Voting? We could send our votes by post? or any other way the government and election commission deems is feasible to implement.

Looking forward to your response.
