‘sushi train’ to start using the reusable plastic sushi covers and not the disposable type

The plastic lids/covers that are used to cover the sushi on the train at ‘Sushi train’ aren’t being reused and get sent to land fill - by some, if not all, ‘Sushi train’ restaurants.
I would like to see the sushi covers that are currently being used by ‘Sushi train’ replaced with the durable, washable plastic alternative - the same type that I see used in many other sushi restaurants that have sushi on a train. The waste is tremendous and easily fixable, just by switching the type of sushi covers used within the restaurant.
I would like to see this change happen so I know that every time I lift a lid off the sushi at ‘sushi train’, that it’s going to be washed and re-used, rather than it going to landfill
