Today 10/08/2021 YouTube has moved to DELETE a channel named RadioGoldFM for no reason. No reason has been specified to the channel owner and also all previous videos uploaded have been made unavailable because of this. We consider this an act of CENSORSHIP and demand the immediate reinstatement of the aforementioned channel.

If YouTube chooses to act like a publisher and moderate it's content, then it should lose it's legal protection from all legal battles and be held accountable for any and all content posted on it's website. YouTube as a mass-media entity is providing a public service and chose to infringe upon the right to free speech that is upheld by the Romanian Constitution, in doing this YouTube has brought great harm to the Romanian Constitution, creating a dangerous precedent for others (private or public entities) to follow suite. YouTube must come clean and give a statement regarding the reasons for the deletion and also provide evidence to support it's claim and actions, otherwise YouTube is liable of being considered a publisher thus forfeiting it's protection.
