Shaun loves bikes.  He rides them, he builds them, he fixes them.  But now that snow is coming to the Puget Sound, he finds himself without the correct tool for the job: a FAT BIKE.

The petitioners ask Susan to simply allow Shaun to fill this gap in his life and his bike fleet.  Shaun promises to take care of the bike and will get up early to walk it and feed it.  Shaun even promises to clean up after any mess it makes.
