Christina Guimond started this petition to Senator Susan M. Collins and

( This is both emails sent to the corporal by Mathew Houles mom )

1st email... I been trying to get information and share information with the Maine State Police about my son getting killed. The incompetence of Maine state police is incomprehensible. I need to speak to somebody I have left numerous phone calls no phone calls are being returned. I live in Florida. I need to speak to somebody ASAP about all of the things that have been done in the last 3 weeks and things that have not been done. I have reached out call the Maine State Police quite a few times nobody is returning calls that is very unprofessional and pathetic. How would you feel if your son was killed? I have not had contact with this Police Department nor have I gotten one single report from this department regarding my son getting killed. I've reached out asked for the Trooper who's investigating after not dealing with him for a couple of weeks I reached out for a sergeant or Lieutenant somebody else that will listen to me and what I have to say and Report. Still no phone call. If I don't hear from somebody higher up in this department I guess my next step would be the news attorney general and I will keep going until somebody who is not incompetent will return my phone calls and listen to what I have to say. I am kindly requesting somebody contact me preferably via phone ASAP.

2nd email... My son & wife we hit by a most probable (Distracted driver) My son was killed. DOA at scene. A trooper investigating scene had my sons wallet. It disappeared. (Some contents) found in Minot, Me. I never recieved notification from any law enforcement about my son's death. (Even tho they were given both mine & his Fathers contact info from Ashley Hinkley-2nd vicim) I heard 3rd party 5 hours after accident. I have called at minimum of 15 times. I have only recieved 1 callback where this Trooper-Connor Willard admitted to having (HAD)posession of my son's wallet, but due to chaos at scene did not know where it went. Due to my own investigating, searching, calls, & much more. I have located some missing contents. Friday I called and left message for a Sgt. /Lt. someone to contact me I had info about items stolen/ missing from a crine scene. Still no calls. I live in Florida, had been in Maine immediately after receiving this horrifying news. This is now past 3 weeks of the killing. Sorry this is so long, I'm very frustrated and yes angry at all of this incompetent things. The way the MSO has and is handling this. I am 1 of 2 next if kin. Thank you for your time and for responding back to me in this matter.

It has been 6 weeks today and still no one has received any information about the case or anything. This lady Diane Boutin of Turner Maine not only crossed the middle Lane  but also crossed into oncoming traffic nailing my cousin Mathhew Houle and his wife head on  Killing Matty and injuring his wife severely she has a very long road to recover not only physically but emotionally. We need anwsers, we need #justiceformathew . The state of Maine is failing everyone that this tragedy has affected and torn apart. Mathew was an amazing man filled with so much love and life . He never got into trouble , he never did drugs. Everyone he met loved Matty because he had a light that shined so bright and  a love for life. An amazing man's life was taken and we are asking for anwsers and for something to be done.  Here is links to the multiple news reports .
