Tell the Senate: No SCOTUS Vote Before The Mueller Report

0 have signed. Let’s get to 7,500!

Dear Senators Collins and Murkowski,

There should be no SCOTUS vote until after the Mueller report is released. A president who has potentially obstructed justice or colluded with a foreign power to rig an election should not have the ability to nominate a Supreme Court justice.

Furthermore, there is a real possibility that this nominee will rule on the President's ability to be indicted on these charges. It is a fundamental rule of law that no person should choose the judge in their own proceeding. The President is not above the law.

Please vote no on any of the President's nominations until after the Mueller report is released.

American Democracy depends on what you do in the next few months.
