Get our Great Park Town Centre Shops Occupied and our outstanding issues sorted!

Hello,

I propose a combination or all of the below:

- I propose that all Great Park residents refuse to pay their annual maintenance fees going forward until the shops are occupied and the land around them has been finished.

- I also propose that we handout leaflets to all prospective new Great Park home owners at the Taylor Whimpey and Persimmon sales offices, telling them of our current plight.

- I propose we contact all of the local press;  Evening Chronicle/The Journal. They will love to cover a story like this and could prove to be very embarrassing for the Consortium, The Developers and The Council.

- Additionally, I also want all of the discarded builders rubble around The Great Park to be properly cleaned away. My neighbour broke her ankle tripping over discarded rubble whilst going on a run.

If we all stand together, this will get sorted.

I moved in 2 years a go and I was promised shops then, people I know people were promised shops 8 years a go.

It is now beyond a joke.

No shops but more new houses isn’t an equation that I’m willing to accept.

I am not prepared to put up with their lies, excuses and delays any longer.

Alternatively, if everyone just wants to sit back, moan and do nothing, that is fine!

#consortiumout

Thanks,

John
