This is my story and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been affected.
I have suffered for over 20 years with the Crohns
I have fatigue and often urgently need to use the bathroom due to 5 resections.
On bad days my father has had to take me into work so if I need to pull in anywhere to use the bathroom then I don't have the worry of finding a space.
I've already received a parking ticket and won my appeal.
Because of my crohns I have been diagnosed with server depression and anxiety and I've been told despite all this I'm not eligible for a blue badge, or any other benefits for that matter.
I just don't want anyone to have the anxiety and stress (possible embarrassment) of experiencing urgency and not be able to go purely due to parking.
