My wife and I married here 18 years ago. We chose this venue over nearer ones because of its beauty and tranquility. Beats Ashford High Street hands down as a wedding venue. Why shouldn't Surrey residents enjoy such a stunning location for their special day?

As a local resident I think it would be wrong for us to loose such a lovely registry office. If you are getting married the surroundings should be lovely

This is part of Weybridge's heritage and should be cherished not sold off for development/commercial profit. The area does not need more luxury flats and the proposal to move it to Weybridge Library is totally unsuitable. It might just about work for Registration of Births and Deaths although Parking would be problematic but who in their right mind would choose it as a Wedding venue!

It’s a lovely venue - and we need it, especially have lost the Norbiton one (to property development). All the historical ones with atmosphere and charisma are going - we are left with the soulless one in Kingston Guidhall!

I was married here; I registered my mother's death here. It's a lovely building with tranquil gardens. A place of peace and dignity
