Clean & Healthy Air In AC Coaches

I have been travelling in the Railways since my birth and I have always felt it very safe, convenient and easy to travel with it. With changing times too, railways have changed itself and has always excelled as the number 1 medium of transportation till this day.
Be it, express, super-fast or premier trains, railway has been providing the luxuries and industry benchmark services to customer with its Air Conditioned coaches where the journey becomes soothing and pleasurable with comfortable environment.
But, I just sensed a feeling of insecurity after my recent overnight journey from such an air-conditioned coach. I felt that actually I was in a packed compartment where the same air was circulating again and again. This further raised my concern about the quality of air in the compartment. I just realized that the blankets were one of the major cause of suspended particles in the compartment which will definitely raise respiratory issues. Moreover, there is no check on the health of travelling or any already traveled passenger having any communicable ailments.
This made me deeply think over the overall impact of the problem as below figures were alarming and were standing tall in support of my concern.
Total Number of Passenger Trains run every day: 13313
Indian Railways carries 22.21 million passengers daily
AC class passengers constitute only 1.5% of all passengers but contribute 28.95% of total passenger revenue.
Even if 1.5% of passengers travels through AC coaches, the count becomes 3,33,150 which is itself alarming.
These people are the one who if are getting in contact with any such disease, will thereafter spread it in multiples resulting therefore in a bad impact on the health of our nation itself.
I thus humbly request you to deploy your experts in analyzing and coming out with the idea of proper sanitation of not only the floors, but also the air quality in the coaches. It should be monitored aggressively because diseases don't give much time to spread and the end results are really painful. I know, that you will definitely understand my concern in this regard.
With respect and pride for the world'd largest rail network.
