2141 tress were killed to set up a metro car shed in Mumbai's Aarey Colony. This incident came in light because number of trees killed here are high in number and people protested against this action. Daily many trees are killed in different cities in this country and no one cares. 1000 of cattle's are involved in damaging these trees which are providing a livable environment to us.

I belong to a small city in Bareilly from Uttar Pradesh. Parks in my colony were encroached and houses were constructed in them by goons with support of some politicians. To maintain a livable environment i  planted 100 tress  outside my house just beside my boundary walls  and many of them were killed by cattle's of the 2 illegal dairy's operated in my colony, so to protect them i had to install iron net's. Now history sheeter's (people with criminal record) are trying to destroy the protection of my trees and killing them brutally. We need the help to save them .

Already a lot of wrong has been done to mother nature we need to take a step to help her heal her wounds.
