The honourable Chief justice of India,

Supreme Court of India,

New Delhi.

Under a criminal conspiracy, a group of goons trespassed the JNU campus in connivence with some insiders, attacked the JNU student union president, other students, members of teaching and non-teaching staff on 5th of January 2020. The delayed registration of the FIR and no action subsequently on the FiR by the Delhi Police indicates that the Delhi Police is not acting promptly and effectively which has resulted in miscarriage of administration of justice. Despite of having audio visual evidence against the culprits, effective investigation has not yet commenced which has shaken my faith in their intentions to do so. Therefore an urgent intervention to ensure the administration of justice is requested through the apex court of the land by suo moto taking up the matter and entrusting the investigation to an independent/ autonomous agency. It is further requested that the brutal assualt and the non-action of delhi police may also be inquired through a judicial commission headed by a sitting judge of Supreme Court of India in the interest of Justice.
