Kalcharan maharaj has been arrested by the Raipur police for expressing his thoughts on Mr. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.
The Raipur police has arrested  with charges of insulting the "father of nation".
However our Constitution or any other official document does not confirm him as the father of nation.
Waman meshram too abused M.K Gandhi. He is not arrested till date for the same. Many in JNU raised slogans "Bharat tere tukde honge" but most not arrested.
Then why baised action against kalicharam maharaj??
Arresting someone for speaking his belief is agains the fundamental right of "freedom of speech". And whatever was the tone and tenor of his speech, the content was not incorect.

As such, we demand immediate and unconditional release of Kalicharan Maharaj and withdrawal of all the charges against him.
