In Ernakulam District of Kerala, 5 Appartment s with 350 residential units, located at Maradu, is ordered by supreme court for demolition as it was an illegal construction.

The builder cannot start construction without permit from Local Authority, Maradu Municipality.

Electricity connections, building number and ownership registration all were done by Government authorities only.

Now, different individuals (common man) holds the ownership of those 350 units, who might have earned a shelter from their lifetime savings or out of borrowings with huge interest burden or by selling their existing home etc.

These people might have bought it with the trust in law and government authorities existing.

Suppose, if a car technology is banned in India, if someone manufactures it and got alI approvals from respective authorities and government collected tax and sold  and regustered to a user after charging registration fee.Now is the user of the car a culprit or manufacturer and government authorities.

It's the same here now. It's not the common people to be punished.

The culprits should bear the loss.

All the laws and Government should function "for the people".
