Make CCTV cameras mandatory in court rooms

The situation in court rooms is a joke. There is no accountability. Therefore Judges and lawyers take their jobs lightly. For them it is enough to just appear and keep the client and their cases in the courts for longer than necessary. In a recent case which was heard in one of India's numerous High Courts, the Hon'ble Judge was unable to keep his eyes open during the proceedings. From the order passed it is evident that the judge had not heard the submissions made and had passed an order which did not even address the issue before the court.
This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. How then can justice be served?
If the proceedings of the court are recorded, and if a complaint can be made, then this recording can be of use.
Let us bring about a change in our Justiciary. Let there be accountability. Justice is a serious matter and not to be taken lightly.
