 In the absence of predictability of judgements lawyers in India are Virtually functioning as priests in a temple by reducing the citizenry to the status of devotees and the judges are visualised as Gods who bestow either a boon or a curse ..if predictability of judgements is ensured 98% of the criminal cases could be settled by plea bargaining following concurrent opinion of the prosecutor and the defence counsel and civil disputes also could be mostly settled out of court with concurrent opinions of both the advocates
