16 Petitions and several RTIs have been filed before Supreme Court of India since 2012 to till date against the infringement of Fundamental Rights by the corrupt organs of the State which has resulted in suspicious death of petitioner no.02 in 2017 and expected to result suspicious death of petitioner no.01soon, yet no relief.
Now, as per the order dated 14.07.2020, Supreme Court Registry agrees upon referring the matter before Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India for constituting a larger bench to hear this matter, however, petitioner is demanding for Constitution bench since 2016.
With the blessing of Supreme Court of India FAKE Non-Bailable Waarant (u/s 83 Cr.pc.) with confiscation of property still maintained by State of Bihar against petitioner no.01 and 02 since 2011 after the settlement of the same matter by High Court of Delhi on 23.07.2013.
Diary No. 15192 filed on 20.07.2020 is the last petition along with petitioner no.02 Srmt. Asha Rani Devi who has sacrificed her life during the course of fighting against the corrupt organs of State of Bihar and others.

Being her son I have been filing petitions on behalf of Widow Srmt Asha Rani Devi before Supreme Court of India and different states of High Courts since 2010 to till date.
This incident happens only in India. In the heart of Delhi that is capital city of India. Widow Srmt. Asha Rani Devi an illiterate rural women and petitioner no.02 before Supreme Court of India (ailing, oxygen dependent, old age), was brutally killed by the nexus of Judges and doctors of AIIMS at New Delhi because she exposed judicial corruption through Right to Information (RTI).
We request government of India and Supreme Court to punish those accused to death in front of the open public and media so that no one else tries to commit this mistake again and also to get a law to punish such kind of people brutally in front of the public which has been followed in the foreign countries.
FACTS, ORDERS AND JUDGEMENT PASSED BY INDIAN COURTS IN THE SAME MATTER SO FAR:
Supreme Court of India avoiding urgent hearing of this criminal matter because CORRUPT, CRIMINAL, CROOK, JUDGES, ADVOCATES and POLICE are parties in M.A NO. 583 of 2020 in W.P. (Criminal) 136 of 2016 who have suspended the rights of petitioners under Article 21 of Constitution of India since 2011 which has resulted in suspicious death of petitioner no.02 in 2017 and petitioner no.01 is likely to succumb in this vicious circle of suspicious death soon.
Non Bailable Warrant u/s 83 Cr.Pc. since 2011 “NOT URGENT MATTER”- says Mentioning Officer of Supreme Court of India dated 17-03-2020
M.A. Diary No. 42652 of 2019 in Writ Petition (Criminal) 136 of 2016 has been filed before Supreme Court of India on 27.11.2019 for direction for Constitution Bench.
