Hindustani Aam Aadmi started this petition to Supreme Court of India and

Women are very core to the survival of human race. She is equal and important from the perspective of creation and continuity by being an equal partner and an equal representative of life. Every crime against women is sinister and especially the ones that involves taking away her modesty. How many of us understand the fact that when a man is outraged of his esteem, his ego turned his mind into an extreme. What would a woman feel then? She is the bearer of our tomorrow and when her modesty is altered what will happen. What if every women decides to kill their male child so that rapes don't occur? Who will survive then? Men need to think about that.

Our country one one end is pushing for a trillion economy and it is our youth who we bank upon. The youth is male and female together. If a cart has one wheel broken the cart won't make any move and soon the other wheel will face the same breakdown. It's time to rise since governments and bureaucracy has been quiet on the punishment in rape cases.

Lets push our energies to seek justice by asking our Law Enacting & Enforcement Agency to come with a dreaded law for Rapists. The law should be stringent on the same lines as cutting the rapists genitals, firing his head or stoning to death but all in public. Let the hordes of people who see the guilty being killed publicly take a call whether they should practice such heinous crimes or not. Rape in any form is mutilation of self respect of a woman and every man who has a sister, a mother, a wife or a daughter should seriously think about it.

We call ourselves part of a civilization but why then are we acting barbaric and despite our independence in 1947 we haven't come out with a draconian law on this humiliating practice by men who cannot control the direction of their desires.
