People are already tired enough with their day-to-day lives. Our quality of life is already compromised due to pollution, poverty, stress, economic discrepancies, etc. and we need to create a balance of life suitable for all. 2 days off is not enough to handle all our needs. 

We need the extra time to help ourselves and also others around us, as we are not the only ones taking on the responsibility of life. 

This extra holiday would help us to reboot our mental state and give us extra time to focus on our well-being, as our jobs are a part of life and not our whole life. We have more than enough on our plate.

Recently, there was a study done in Scotland wherein they tested if employees would work better if the working week only had 4 days, and they found out that they were more productive and less stressed about work in general. It helped boost morale and created a healthy lifestyle.

I think we should learn from this and adapt the same.
