This is in reference to the recent priority plan created by Airtel for better coverage and DnD pre activated. This is awful as all the customers should get the best coverage from the service provider and this move is simply not at all justified.

I feel cheated as this plan implies that, not all the customers need to get the best coverage , so this needs to stop immediately and this needs to be probed to keep a check on the standard of service Airtel is providing. Apparantly they are giving degraded service to the old customers who have been loyal to the brand for years.

As a consumer it is my obligation to try my best to bring down such biases that are budding in the industry.

It is my sincere request to the leaders to take an immediate and stringent action into this matter and make this much vocal for the industry to know where they are deliberately and strategically abusing the rights of the consumers.
