Why this petition matters

Started by Ashutosh Mishra

India is not in the same condition it was in 1950.Article 15 states that the state shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of race, religion, caste, sex, and place of birth. What is happening in the present day is nothing other than discrimination. The Country is supporting and providing reservation system to socially backward class people and also electoral quota in the election system of the country. Quota system in education clearly signifies the incapability of the Indian government in providing proper education system to the country men or it's citizen. After 70 years of the same process the country has converted a lot of citizens belonging to lower caste to rich and established persons. Many people belonging to lower caste are now enjoying the country's resources by misutilising their powers whereas people belonging to general category belonging to category of people below poverty line are not getting equal rights from the country, not getting proper education and proper facilities from the country. We would request government of India to do amendment in this sector and provide quota system to financially backward category citizens of the country.
