This year it has been brought to our attention that the LilTank Football program is being taken over by the school and moving to Flag. In other words basically joining the SVYL. This is for all grades 3rd through 6th grade. Our young boys love football! Many of them look forward to it every year and they always learn so much from the coaches and have so much fun doing it. If parents do not want their students playing tackle football let them join the SVYL and play flag football on those teams. Why change a great football program and ruin a good thing? Tackling is a part of football. Please don't change this great program. This will cause Unioto LilTanks to lose so many players to other schools who are willing to take them in for tackle football. The school should be supporting our LilTanks tackle football. These boys/girls are the future of Unioto Highschool!!!!!! And the program is Parent/Booster/Sponsor funded!
