This is an informational poll to address the possibility of the City of St Marys not renewing the lease of the Pottawatomie-Wabaunsee Regional library at the St. Marys location.  The lease ends on December 31, 2022. As concerned citizens we would like to show our support for keeping the current lease of the public St. Marys library location. 

If the library were forced to close or relocate to another town it would be catastrophic to all citizens in the St. Marys area. 

The following services would no longer be available in St.Marys:

Free reading programs 

10,000 free summer lunches

Free Wi-Fi and use of electronic technology 

Free access to all reading materials 

Audio book access 

Inter-Library loans

On-line access to reading materials 

Free cricket access

Newspapers and magazine journals 

Ability to checkout Chromebooks and hot spot devices
