Respected Sir/Madam

It is my great privilege as a law abiding citizen of this democratic country to provide inputs, suggestions, commentaries for the legal reforms, to engage in a healthy conversation for implementation of a universal law of all the citizens of this country without any discrimination, bias towards any particular group while taking utmost care of the social & family values of each religion, community.

Questions as asked by the Honorable Law Commission of India & its answers are as follows:

It requires serious initiatives to implement civil, criminal equality for all the citizens of country irrespective of religious faith & practice. All the personal law boards must be abolished a fresh Uniform Civil Code must be drafted & implemented in order to avoid vote bank politics & minority appeasement.

A-7 Option A) Abolished in toto.

Q-8:- Do you think that steps should be taken to ensure that Hindu women are better able to exercise their right to property which is often bequeathed to sons under customary practise?

A-8:- Yes Hindu women must be made aware of this right and measures should be taken to ensure that women, under pressure from family their do not forgo their property.

A-12:- Yes, it will sort out all the problems related to divorce & maintenance to women as women will get equal rights irrespective of religion, caste & gender.

Q-13:- How can compulsory registration of marriages be implemented better?

A-13:- Suggestions: a) The first trace of a secret marriage will be found from missing complaint/FIR from the parents of boy or girl.

b) If any marriage is kept confidential, all the govt rights, govt documents must be denied upon the exposure of the same to both boy & girl.

Q-14:- What measures should we take to protect couples who enter into inter-religion or inter-caste marriages?

A-14:- In order to maintain demographics (as every country in the world does) a boy from the minority community must not be allowed to marry a girl from the majority community without the permission of the high court or executive authority of the state or UT. In case of inter-caste, (same religion) protection must be given for a specific time period to the couple.
