We the undersigned Harbord Village residents strongly support the Boulevard Café Permit Application for 356 College Street, Brunswick Avenue submitted by Alex Lau on behalf of Sweet Secret Confections Inc. The neighbourhood adjacent to the stagnant retail strip on College between Bathurst Street and Spadina Avenue will benefit from the animated space resulting from this proposed patio renovation.

The 356 College Street, Brunswick Avenue application proposes to rebuild the current poorly maintained patio at a reduced size. We applaud the entrepreneurs who are investing a substantial sum of money to bring a new and unique café experience to the neighbourhood. We urge the members of the Toronto and East York Community Council to approve this patio application.
