Dear Friend of YES,       

As you may know, Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is in the midst of a Capital Campaign to build a new site in Jamaica Plain.  It will significantly expand YES’s capacity to serve more Boston youth through positive outdoor and leadership programming and alleviate our current waiting lists.

In order to grow the organization and raise the financial resources necessary for the new building, YES needs to sell its existing site at 412 Massachusetts Avenue in the South End.  Funds from the sale will cover a major portion of the capital project expenses.

I’m asking you to sign this Change.org petition to send a message to our shared community.  Please ACT NOW and sign the petition to show families and elected officials in Boston the importance of YES's plan to build its new headquarters in Jamaica Plain, sell its existing building at 412 Mass Ave, and expand services for Boston youth.  At the new site, our goal is to serve over 2,000 Boston young people annually and positively impact our city's youth and families through year-round outdoor and leadership programs.  

If the sale of YES’s current building is not able to happen, YES will lose a major source of funding - over $4M – for its new building and plans to expand programming for Boston youth.  Your voice as a YES supporter is vital!
