Protect LGBT Community from Discrimination

Although marriage equality is legal, we still need everyone to support this important petition to protect LGBT people from discrimination for all public accommodations. The people of Pennsylvania demand to be treated equally in terms of employment, education, and housing regardless of sexual or gender identity. The lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community should not be relegated to second class citizenry solely because of who we love or how we portray ourselves. Equality for all means that no one should fear being fired from work because the person is LGBT. It means that no one should be rejected for an apartment or other housing rental or purchase solely because the person is gay. We are worthy of equal treatment as are all Pennsylvanians.

End Discrimination based on Sexual and Gender Identity

The people of Pennsylvania demand to be treated equally in terms of employment, education, and housing regardless of sexual or gender identity. The lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community should not be relegated to second class citizenry solely because of who we love or how we portray ourselves.
