With the right intervention some kids still have a chance. Should not be an across the board edict but a decision made on a case by case basis.

To decrease the likelihood of further encounters with criminal activity, I believe we should attempt to rehabilitate the youth instead of leading down a path to further criminal activity.

The health and well-being of our communities depends upon the just protection and equitable persecution of our youth, not discriminatory legislation.

I have two teenagers who are great kids, and I hope they stay that way,but if they make a wrong choice, or get around people who show them bad things, I don't want it to ruin their teen years or their lives.

It is ridiculous that we treat our children as adults when they make mistakes. Population control and slavery at it's finest. This needs to stop!

I am signing because of research supporting continued brain development into a person's second decade. This indicates that young teens lack the executive functions to make sound and accurate judgements.
