This petition is to support My son Dominic I Cogdell for his release off a harsh and unjust sentence. was charged 33yrs and coast to excepting  a plea he had no knowledge of what he was doing .he was 17 yrs old up until the age of 18 before being charge as an Adult. Times has changed now. Citizens are calling for these criminal justice reform unjust sentence.we have to stand up and raise our voices.that has been placed on our love ones.we have to be heard enough is enough.Cogdell had no knowledge  of this law at this time.his release was coast into taken a pled.my son was gone long enough. As his Mother  I had no knowledge  at that time.had to relied off what the lawyer was telling  me.not one time the lawyer inform me that my son life would be endanger  to 33yrs of prison has been  intended  to cut the population  into half due to colvid 19 due to over crowed inmates. Dominic I Cogdell  has a extronary and compelling  resome  why he should be release. (1) Coached  into a pled he had no knowledge  of.(2) force to a court date that I his mother wasn't  inform on (3) my son has been gone long enough. Am asking  for help !
