Support Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson And Audit Schools For "Filthy" Books
We the undersigned ask the General Assembly, the Superintendent of Schools and the Board of County Commissioners of North Carolina to require all North Carolina schools to audit their reading materials after we have received numerous parent complaints about illicit materials found in resource centers, and report to the public the findings of all titles available to children.
We feel that doing due diligence will help to prevent people from unknowingly committing felony crimes, or being named in lawsuits- if pornography is present- and that this preventative measure will not only protect children and families but will also help foster a safe working environment for all North Carolina school employees as well and protect the North Carolina taxpayer.
