I had a tubal ligation and am having issues. I was told that there were risks, but was never fully understood these risks. They should be disclosed to women. I regret my tubal ligation.

I had Filshie clips placed without my knowledge and just found out a year after my tubal ligation. I thought I was getting cut and tied but nope they just used Filshie clips and now I have chronic pelvic pain and a hole bunch of other issues. They had Medcaid pay for it but now I want them off because of the pain I suffer daily but I can’t afford to have them removed. I’m so exhausted and have no sex drive. I wanna feel normal again 

I'm signing because I have suffered from the terrible unknown symptoms everyday for the last 8 months . We weren't told❗Now we have to pay for a reversal, insurance won't cover unless deemed medically necessary.

I was not informed that I would have an implant of any kind put in my body. I didn’t find out about the implants until years later. It is also in my medical records that I have an allergy to metal but they were still placed. I’ve had nothing but pain n medical problems sine the dr placed those Filshie clips in me. I warn everyone to be careful and not have that procedure done.

Doctors never fully explain the long term affects of this type of procedure. Health wise and mentally they have messed our reproductive functions up!!

I’m experiencing PTLS and have doctors in denial that PTLS is even a real thing. Someone help. This is a horrible way to live! Wish I had the money to sue I asked very specific questions in fear of something like this happening and all my questions were disregarded. I feel cheated and lied to.

I was told there were no side effects other than not getting pregnant. I had no idea how it would disrupt my hormones. I have suffered since my tubal.
