One major change this bill includes is making the action of requiring or coercing employees to attend employer meetings designed to discourage union membership an unfair labor practice. It would also prohibit employers from entering into agreements with employees in which employees would waive their right to pursue or join a collective or class-action litigation. Additionally, this bill would prohibit employers from replacing or discriminating against workers who participate in strikes.​
