War affected Ukraine returned Indian students almost 23000 in numbers and in that again almost 3500 in numbers from my home state of Kerala are in serious state of uncertainty due to complete lack of clarity on their future.

Neither Government of India nor National Medical Council have as yet given any clear indication on the future or way forward of these students .

As such they had to leave India to study abroad only because of lack of economical options to study in India. Lack of sufficient seats in Government run medical colleges. Because private medical education in India in completely unaffordable to thousands of prospective students and their families.

For no fault of theirs and due to unfortunate unforseen war all of them had to return back in between their courses . All their certificates are still in respective universities there. They have also left behind their belongings and many of them were evacuated with just their clothes on their body.

Request the honourable court and Central Govt to please take a favourable decision without delay
