Hello all! Thank you for considering signing this petition. As the name suggests, this is a petition for the support of more gender-neutral bathrooms being opened at SMS. When signing this petition, you will be showing your support for this request. Obviously, the more signatures we have, the more open teachers and staff will be to convert their bathrooms into ones for students who feel uncomfortable with using the gendered bathrooms. Currently, in SMS, there are 3 usable gender-neutral bathrooms. One across from the cafeteria, and the other two in the nurses' office. Three bathrooms in the entirety of SMS is not very time-efficient for students who want to do their business and get back to class without being disciplined for being out of class for too long.
