The Wooler and Area Community Organization will be submitting a request to the City of Quinte West to provide a heritage designation for the Wooler School.

We believe that the Wooler School is a rare and important example of the Prairie School of architecture.  We would like to see the School restored and sustained  as a multipurpose community activity space to help preserve the history of this important building and of Wooler itself.

We would like to see the School and its property remain zoned for community use.
