Give users more time to cash out with notice.
The users of the Superpoints website has been loyal to them, and this is the second time they scammed us. First they raised the prices to the rewards with no warning at all. Now just today, they shut down the website, stealing all the members points and time, and saying we won't let you cash out one last time. No warning was given before the shut down. The users was not notified via fan pages or emails! I believe Superpoints should give their users another 48 hours after email notifications have be sent to cash out their remaining balance!

I demand that you give your users another 48 hours for a chance to cash out, after you have emailed every one of them with a notification. What you guys are doing here is very unethical and mean. How do you expect other people to continue doing business with you guys? Please fulfill this demand or more complaints will be filed against you.
