I live in neighboring town of Cupertino; out of control development in Sunnyvale is bound to have negative impact to all of adjacent cities.

There is already a lot of traffic, and that intersection is very problematic most days. This is not an appropriate place for high density construction. Work to preserve and improve our neighborhoods, please!

This is a regional problem that must be addressed by sensible growth and transparent governmental processes. The residents must be educated and well-informed AND they must be listened to as to what the character of the city is to become.

The cities of San Jose, Santa Clara, Cupertino and Sunnyvale need to work together in the areas that are in the Cupertino Union School District.

I believe the size of the project is to large
I believe that the traffic impact will grid lock Wolf and Fremont

I spoke at the City Council Meeting on Dec 13th. I could tell from the comments and questions of the council members that they had already made up their minds. I am a bit confused.... what is even the point of public hearing in council meetings if there is no consideration given to what we had to say?

After reading the votes and comments it seems it's already a done deal. The High Rise will be built .Money talks .A park would have been a more peaceful alternative but there's no money in it.

The city has already approved a large hotel on one corner. Now a very large apartment complex on the other corner. A traffic study needs to be done that includes both.

Cutting heritage trees is inexcusable. Sunnyvale citizen already spoke about value of trees during the discussion about relocation of the Bucher house.

Six and seven story buildings are in total dissonance with our neighborhood.
