Hi! We live in Summit Ridge and are trying to amend the HOA CC&R's to allow lava rock. We had mulch for the first few years but got sick of it blowing all over our yard and our neighbor's yards. We were told that if we collected 400 signatures they would allow us to keep our black lava rock :) Please sign if you are okay with us keeping our lava rock.
